I was told they were only doing delivery so I pull over and get on my app and placed my order for delivery. I get home expecting my pizza to arrive shortly after. At 10:56 I received a notification that my Apple Pay balance had changed. It was the exact amount of my order so I call the store and speak to Frederick who stated he is the “manger”. I ask why my order was canceled. He replied that he looked up my address and it’s out of their delivery zone. He LIED. The papa John’s app will not allow you to place an order if it is not within the chosen stores delivery zone. I tell him that’s not correct because they have delivered to me a couple times previously. I ask if they can expedite my order since he was mistaken and he took it upon himself to unnecessarily cancel my order. He states nope we’re closed. I was pissed and hungry . I told him it was all bs. NO ONE called me to confirm my address or notify me that my order was canceled OVER 20 minutes after order was placed online. He LIED again!Told me he did call but I didn’t answer. There is not any missed calls or voicemail from Frederick or Papa John’s . So I tell him I’ll just come pick up my pizza. His response? Nope we’re closed. They didn’t even make the pizza!! I told him he was a horrible, unprofessional “manager” to wait 26 minutes to cancel my order without ANY communication mere minutes prior to closing and I’m notifying corporate. He laughed and hung up on me. Honestly this entire ordeal was absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, lazy, petty high school behavior. Frederick is a liar and a terrible employee. Papa John’s needs to do better. I have never had an issue with Papa John’s until tonight when Frederick decided to cancel my order right at 11 when it’s too late to order anywhere else because they’re closed …as well as the grocery stores. HORRIBLE experience.

Placed an order for medium cheese pizza. 15 minutes later got a message it was ready. 5 minutes later was at the store. When I pulled up a man was standing behind the counter doing nothing, when I started to get out of my car he ran to the back to start cooking a pizza. Waited 2 minutes for him to come to counter and he said he doesn’t know anything about the notification I got because he just put the pizza in the oven and said it would be about 10 minutes. It took another 20 minutes before the pizza was ready. The dough was cut in the most bizarre way as if he was going to use the dough for breadsticks but then changed his mind and cut it like a normal pizza. Avoid this location.
We ordered a large zesty Italian trio pizza on 9 February 2024 and we ended up not getting the banana peppers as it is advertised on the website. We will be contacting the store to have them fix this issue.
Fred, has been so helpful addressing any issues. He needs a promotion he is top tier.
