Domino's Pizza - Kitchener

I hate how much you guys charge for delivery. However I don’t hate it as much when I get exceptional, friendly service that follows the instructions I put in my order notes. Thank you for that!!

Always ready on time and cooked perfectly. This is a great store with great service. Employees are prompt and friendly.

I ordered two pizzas. The driver couldn't follow simple directions, and both pizza were wrong. To make matters worse, the store manager was very argumentative and insisted that I ordered things I did not order. Not only was I over charged for my order, butthe manager was all stuck up and argumentative about it. She is hands down the worst manager I have ever had the displeasure ofdealing with. I will NEVER order from ANY stores after this experoence. Perhaps arguing with your customer, talking down tothem, and refusing to refund their money after you screw up is acceptable in India where the manager comes from, but that kindof service in Canada will drive customers away and drive you out of business. NEVER order from this store.
