Ordered take away but atmosphere made me feel so comfortable and relaxed to stay.Best Panarottis I've been to.Keep it up guys.

For the past 5 years we've only ordered home delivery from Panarottis Zevenwacht. We've never sat down for a meal. Panarottis was our second choice after we had the most disappointing service from a waitress at Ocean Basket. The chef prepared us half raw fish and the waitress served this to us. We just got up and left, never to return to this restaurant. Right here at the entrance, we opted for Panarottis. We were hungry. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect. My husband enjoyed his pasta. The portions were generous. I preferred a pizza. Waitress was friendly and courteous, paid attention to detail. Meals were perfect. Something for Top Management at Head Office. I do understand that Panarottis does not specialize in cake. That Panarottis is not a coffee shop. That a normal (not large coffee shop portion) slice of cake comes standard at R50, staff and manager have to accept, cannot change it. Meaning, a table of 8 wil cost the customer R400. Bit steep, I'd say. Please revise.

I usually order to collect. I always receive friendly service and never have any issues with the food.

Its a must say today the food good... I had a bad experience on the monday the manager called me the next day and invited ne back to come and have a try again i was doubting it but we went and i dont regret it at all.... Food was good waiter tyron on point and the manager simone what a wonderful person top quality indeed
