For the love of all things holy. Why can't any improvements be made at this business? Went (again) today, after waiting 10 minutes to even be acknowledged we ordered steak salads, the manager shouts out that they are out of steak. My husband asked are you out or is it just not ready (there was some steak on the grill). She yelled at the employee that that steak was for a different order and she wasn't cutting anymore. The manager is literally one of the rudest people I have encountered. This is the 3rd time ai have left without ordering and feeling so sad for the two guys that work there. She is AWFUL to them and customers.Why is she so mad when I am just placing an order from the menu? Its so embarrassing.
This place does it a again for the 3rd time in a row not giving me all my food on pickup order for is ice cold and does not taste good. for all the bad reviews you guys have you would think you would do better. no longer willbe coming
I have waited twice on my orders now with no attention to my order. I even ordered ahead with the app and then wait 30-50min everytime. I will not go to this location again if we get Cafe Rio.
The food was decent and the staff ok but it was way over priced for what you get. They skimped on everything.
