The Habit Burger Grill - La Verne

I can’t give it 5 stars for two reasons. The fries here have always been stale. Been there several times, the fries are always weak. Had cesar salad, way too much cesar dressing, to where the salad became soggy. However, Had double cheeseburger-excellent. Their burgers are great. A few minor hicups but other than that great burgers, great curbside service as well.

Ordered take out. Very prompt. The only thing Is customer Service. This was my first time for takeout order. When I came in to pick up my order I walked up to cash register desk to let them know I had a pick up order. I was told, “look over there for pick up orders “ no eye contact looking down. I also asked if I could please have some napkins and once again “over there in the same manor. So over there I had to look around for over there. ?Food was perfect.

Placed a mobile order through the Habit website and went to pick up the food. Mobile ordering was down, they did not make my food. But they sure were able to charge my card for the order, for food that wasn't made. Instead, I had to wait with the 30 other people waiting to pick up food that was never made. If it doesn't work, don't charge the customer!

Plenty of space to sit and eat, there are tables outside as well. The service was hood and the food came out fast. The dining area inside could be a bit cleaner though.

Habit is always a good idea!! ?Great burgers, the green beans are delish! ?
