Ordered $65 worth of food at the kiosk for family dining in. More than 50% of food was missing when order was given to me. Went back to the counter with receipt, the girl printed a new receipt and marked missing items with pen. When manager came out she asked me to bring what food (which was half eaten at this point) back to the counter so she could see what was missing. At this point I asked for a refund. Never an apology. Will NEVER go back. Unacceptable. Wish I could give zero stars.
No one even spoke to me the entire time I was there, no offer to help no welcome , nothing... ordered on the kiosk, lady in the back verbally complained having to make a large order, I will not return to this Taco bell..
This restaurant does not give you almost any ingredients of what you order. You are only getting the bread part of what you order.
AMANDA was AMAZING she gives the best customer service with such excellence! She is definitely a keeper!!
