Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónthis popular local restaurant offers excellent local cuisine with local products. armed and accused. I don't eat meat (which can make it difficult to eat in this region) so we book a day in advance and the chef is very happy to make me something different. amazing value for money and the proprietary woman has one of the best smiles in laissac! very friendly.
very popular before place says everything. the record de hour changes every day and the menus based on it are great. we ate there twice.
If you are passing Laissac near meal times, you owe it to yourself to stop here and eat. You are guaranteed a warm welcome, and a pleasant atmosphere. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. The food is very reasonably priced, and there is a...good selection of wine available too. As for the food, well, make sure you leave room for the desert! Easier said than done, trust me. Every time I have eaten there it's been tricky as although it's not expensive, the quality is very good. There is a good selection of main courses, which seem to change on a regular basis giving a good variety of food to choose from. I have eaten there several times now, the last time on the terrace. A superb meal whilst watching the world go by, but I digress. The food is excellent, the service is good, and the owners friendly. I am already looking forwards to my next visit.
we had left the tarn gorges on the way to bordeaux and came to this humble and super clean restaurant hotel for lunch on a Sunday in august. laissac has a beautiful little urban feeling, although it is probably busy on days where the vieh market is. we sat outside on the small terrace and were pleasantly surprised by the food: my man had juicy porridges with a glass marcillac, and I had the most tasteful and well prepared rainbow trout ever. the waiter brought extra homemade bratkartoffels for the children who were a big hit. he was very friendly, and happy that he won a television in the bingo game at night. I only regret that the regional store that looked out from the window directly above the road was closed. next time!
it took me a year to find out where we ate one of the most amazing meal times on a trip to France. this small restaurant in a city between millau and rodez is great. they didn't speak a word of English, and he was placed. packed with locals, a few people clearly had their dreamy family dinner. I had no expectations. Instead, on a wooden plate, the best prepared to die from a life. we had wonderful salads, a beautiful stew. but the duck, I will remember it until my last days. just when I thought I was as happy as possible, they brought us the dessert, the part of the menu for this day was a mix of berries, strawberries, liqueur, saw and finely seasoned. just great. If I'm ever in this part of france, I'll go to laissac to eat here again. one of our most pleasant meals in 20 years in Europe. Maybe it was a happy night, maybe not. we'll see.
