Chuck E. Cheese - Lake Charles

Had my beautiful granddaughter 1st birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. They had decorations, but we were allowed to bring us and make our own decorations. We wanted Minnie Mouse. The staff were nice and very helpful. The manager I spoke with was very professional, child snd answer all the questions or concerns I had. She made sure our tables were available on time. Thank you. Chuck E. Cheese, You Guys Rock!!!

Alot of games were down but my 4 yo said he had so much fun at Chuck E Cheese I was surprised at how good the pizza was I 've always heard it was bad! We had the stuffed crust and will definitely get it again!

My 8 year old daughters favorite place in town. She loves dancing on the light up floor and playing the games.

Chuck e Cheese is just not what it use to be. The games at this location were very limited if not mostly not working and out of order, I guesstimate around 50% of them “worked”. I do not know how they calculate the tickets won but they are pretty greedy with them, or possibly just make up an amount. My nephew played for 2 hours and only won 150 tickets and it was his birthday, I played for 45 minutes with my two year old and somehow won 350 tickets. Their math is off. With the 350 tickets I got a 5 cent pair of plastic glasses and two 10 cent airhead candies. I say don’t waste your time or money for mediocre entertainment at best and cheap prizes (if you can get enough tickets) For the money spent you can order tons of the same prizes from Oriental Trading Co.

Had a field trip here and it went so smoothly from booking to competition. So smooth indeed, I just knew I missed something. Savanna was an amazing manager who treated our big group like a champ. She was so kind and I was grateful to have given her to us! I'd do it again next year.
