I did not remember the name of the employee who was working. She was AWESOME she had a long line. And she was the only employee working. AWESOME service and was handling every customer great. She deserves some type of recognition. She was an African American lady who had a mask on we were there around 12pm. We did not ask for a receipt. I now wish we did.
Y'all's staff works extremely hard and is very under pressure ALONE during shifts. My orders were accurate and took the time expected.Alicia youre doing an amazing job!!!The line that forms is only a result of there only being one person available. It makes y'all look terrible as a company taking advantage of your employees like this.One star to whoever is doing this to these poor employees
Super rude and either they can't make, or simply don't want to make certain coffees that other Starbucks make. Poor management!
