I love eggplant parm heros (sandwiches) and get them all the time so didn’t think I’d need to read a description of it. My mistake. Here the eggplant is not breaded and fried. It is grilled. Before going back onto the website and reading that, my wife and I thought it was boiled. It was thick cut and frankly gross! I didn’t finish mine and my wife barely touched hers. Google eggplant parm and you will see that every single picture is of breaded fried eggplant. Where did the owner/head chef learn to make this?! $30 for food that ended up in the trash.
This place is a hidden gem. Don’t be skeptical that this is located in a plaza. This could be some of the best Italian I’ve eaten. You’re definitely going to get your moneys worth because the portion sizes are HUGE. Wait staff were incredibly friendly. Will be my new go to spot. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Spaghetti Carbonara, Penne Alla Vodka, Pizza, Garlic Knots, Salads

Unbelievable Italian food and the service is top of the line. The owners could have easily opened up in NYC or Maimi and been successful. I never get bored of the food and will be a repeat customer.
