Mcdonald's - Lake Worth

This restaurant used to have excellent service, but something has changed. My last two visits before work took a long time. The last time I went, there was no coffee available. It wasn't very busy when I arrived around 7:45am. After waiting in the drive-thru for too long, I was asked to pull forward. After another 10 minutes, I called inside and asked for a manager. After being put on hold, she finally came back and informed me that they needed to make a new pot of coffee. 20 minutes later, I finally received my coffee. This restaurant used to be fantastic, but I won't be returning.

The self-serve drink station and self-order kiosks are available for use. Customers can easily access soda, ice, and water without having to wait. Unfortunately, the electrical outlets have been covered up, making it impossible to charge your phone while dining. However, if you order through the mobile app, service is incredibly fast. The music played in the restaurant is quite loud, featuring unique versions of songs by Julian Lennon and Eric Clapton. One example is Chris Isaak's "I never dreamed that I'd love somebody like you," but the songs tend to skip beats, altering the lyrics. This skipping effect is consistent with all the songs, reminiscent of a record needle covered in lint. As a result, each song is shorter, potentially resulting in higher royalty payments.

This is a horrible place to visit. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but I feel it needs to be said. You wait an extremely long time with no resolution. After spending over 35 minutes in the drive-through with only one car ahead of you, your order is still wrong. It's ridiculous and I wish they would provide the manager's name. I would advise against coming here unless you are prepared to bring a tent.

They gave me my order thru drive thru my breakfast sandwiches were wrong I checked them when they gave me my order, they made them new so I drove away when I came home I tasted my coffee and they gave it to me black after ER r, they asked me if I wanted cream and sugar at the top everything was cold and it was the bottom of coffee because it had coffee place inside. I don't know what's going on with McDonalds, it used to be QSV quality service and value. I'm sorry to say that. I even tried to call the store phone as if it had been taken off the hook.
