The poached eggs were impeccably done but the potatoes were almost unedible because they were hard in the middle and not cooked well enough. On Thursday the potatoes were good as I ordered the same dish but the poached eggs were essentially soft boiled eggs and way over cooked. Admittedly, poached eggs are difficult to begin with, but this is something I feel they should be able to do. Friday, I changed it up and ordered steak and eggs, as did my buddy. We both asked for medium cooked steaks (when not eating steak and eggs for breakfast, I always order a rare-medium rare steak), my buddy's steak was cooked medium rare, but mine was completely bloody, like it has only been seared on each side for a handful of seconds. I politely asked the waitress to throw the steak back on the grill, which they did, this time it came back medium rare. My buddy ordered scrambled eggs, but received over easy.
