Once I got to the intercom, I had to wait 5 minutes before someone wanted to pick up my order. my job was simple and still misunderstood. I tried to call there to know them, but now I'm stuck in work with eating. thanks to their lack of customer service and professionalism!
They were terrible. our food was very old or left out. our pops were flat! the workers were so rude. no gruß, we sat in the window for 10 minutes before someone opened the drive-thru window. not to mention, while we order our foods at the redner, the workers have kept us waiting for 3 minutes and always change who took our order.
I understand that it's hard to get people to work, but I guess at this location as long as you can come in you've got the job. I went there with coupon code 34 for the 2 combo meals, the bird-brain at the window said it wouldn't go through without 6 items (2 combo meals consists of 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 drinks.... 6 items). We had to go to a different Wendy's.
This is the absolute worst location! If you go here please Be prepared to wait 30 mins! Food is never fresh. Drive through attendant GHETTO cursing( I guess she forgot to mute herself)
I had to give them 1 star because there’s no option for 0 stars. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I waited 5mins before someone began to take my order. Paid for my food just fine, although they don’t give you a receipt. Got to the window to get my food the short Hispanic lady with glasses basically threw my bag of food at me. Waited almost 5 mins for my drink. Said thank you when she handed it to me, she said absolutely nothing, closed the window walked away with an attitude.
