Order online. The process was quite easy to navigate the app to place it. They give you a progress counter to show where they are in preparation what is beautiful. The pickup service was pretty fatal. Someone in the back had to tell the girl in the car that there was a customer and she never came. Someone else came forward and got me the order. Otherwise, the food was good and tasted fresh. If you like KFC, the quality agreed with the standard. Much food for 3 or 4 if you order the Side Lover's (8 pieces with 3 large pages) meal.
This is the only fast food est here I go because, until today, everything was really top cuisine, fluffy bungalows, good chicken and pleasant staff. Today I have the smooshed sandwich in attached photos. Is that the beginning of the end for my local KFC? I will try again, but I hope this is not the future for this brand new building. The owner must flew his employees who were present today because this is the reason why I don't go to Fast Food.
We went there today at dinner time, and decided to go inside to order a takeout. ?Edwin? was the person who took our order. Even though our order was confusing, he was very patient and helpful. We really appreciate his help and will definitely be back again!
Nice new upgraded building but still the same stinking attitude at this location. I couldn?t believe it, walk in and ordered the big bucket, asked specifically for all grilled chicken. Gotten all original chicken instead. I had stop going to this location because of the nasty attitude and how frequent they screwed up my order. I given this place 2 stars for a great looking building and parking lot. This location staff needs proper training in customer service and hospitality.
