Was just back from seeing U2 at the sphere and had placed my sphere branded water bottle on the bar I had bought at the Sphere while I was winding down with my cocktail. The bartender then proceeded to grab my water bottle as if he was going to throw it away without even asking saying he couldn't have things on the bar not sold there. That would have been fine to say that but from a customer service standpoint, Las Vegas should be at the highest level and it was really off-putting to be treated that way as a paying customer. This is about something that human beings seem to have lost these days: etiquette. Ask and be polite and treat the customer with respect as they are the reason you are there so make them feel comfortable. The bartender Brandon was arrogant and somewhat rude and a poor reflection of the rest of the Cosmopolitan team. This is not how paying customers should be treated. He did not deserve the tip I left and I will be sure to avoid the place if he's working there again.
Amazing place. A manager named Robert was so nice to our group. Was always making sure we were good. Amazing place and amazing employees
