WANG's Restaurant - Launceston

I was blown away by the perfectly cooked food at this restaurant. We started with the salt and pepper squid for our appetizer, followed by the seafood hotpot and special fried rice. As Chinese food enthusiasts, we have to say that this was the best meal we've had on our trip to Tasmania, and we've enjoyed some amazing food along the way.

I had the salt and pepper squid, which was light, fluffy, and delicious. The lemon chicken with special fried rice was also very tasty. The service was excellent. Overall, couldn't ask for better food.

This is the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. The staff and service were excellent. The meal was absolutely delicious. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more highly.
