Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe speciality of Le Popu is la saucisse a rotir which is why many patrons come to eat here. Honestly their taste was OK but they were a little dry and the gravy did not taste quite the way it should. Service is good and pricing is very fair. The staff are friendly but la patronne was not in a good mood and was a little sour-faced during our visit. The vegetables were good but we have had better roestli served. This restaurant also serves game when it is in season. We need to go back a second time before making a final decision on Le Popu for sure. It is more of a bistro and the overall decor is somewhat dull and tired. The food is well prepared but lacked taste and the entree salads are rather basic. Will return to eat the game and report back.
Well known among locals as a good place to go for game-menu during the hunting season (Oct.-Dec. , so be sure to reserve a table in advance if you want to try it at that time of the year. The cooking was good, as was the service. They have several rooms, and the tables are not packed too closely together, so it's much less noisy than other restaurants. Although the cooking is of a high standard, the decor is not posh, more like a bistro. Prices are very attractive, for the quality of food and service.
Magnificent, warm family restaurant, nothing but happiness... and on your plate, authentic taste and flavors!!!
The meals were good, but unfortunately nothing extraordinary, I was a little disappointed Their fries are very good and the service is smooth Unfortunately I find that this restaurant is a little expensive
Always excellent, I recommend without hesitation, and top service!
