Taco Bell - Lawrence

I make a special effort to visit this Taco Bell. I've placed orders through the app and the drive-thru, and they've consistently gotten my order correct, which is essential since I'm a vegetarian. They are generous with the portions, polite, and offer quick service. This location is a standout compared to many other Taco Bells.

Taco Bell is fantastic! The staff is excellent, and the atmosphere is very comforting for dining. I recommend visiting for breakfast or dinner, as lunch tends to be a bit hectic—though that’s not the fault of the staff.

I really love the food here, but there are times when I don’t receive what I ordered. The drive-thru can take over 30 minutes late at night, which can be frustrating. The dining room is nice when it's open. However, they occasionally run out of Baja Blast, which is puzzling since it's a signature drink and an essential item on the menu. Overall, it’s a decent place.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We ordered about six vegetarian options, and they all contained meat. This is the second time this has happened. This restaurant is absolutely unacceptable. Why offer vegetarian options if your staff can’t handle special requests? It's just awful.

I don’t understand why I had to wait 20 minutes in line only to get that information from someone who didn’t even come from inside the restaurant, but rather a staff member who was off duty. I understand they’re short-staffed, but how can they advertise being open until after 10:00 PM and then, after having a whole line of cars waiting, only notify us that they are closed 20-30 minutes later?
