Disappointment ... the employees have thought up the menu and made a choice I went to the bar to order the golden glamour smoothie. I was told they didn't make it available. madly, the bar has no menu! When I returned to my table, re-elected and returned, I was then told that the morning green was not on both. before the return I asked if any smoothies are available and after they punched the keys a few times I had a “ohh no I’m sorry, seems we don’t have the to make smoothies”. clueless and you would have thought that the waitress would have told me if she gave me my menu and asked if I had allergies! but unfortunately I observed the same sketch with a family of 6. the personal does not communicate at all and they are quite ineptic. place a beautiful lazy sunday morning with a beautiful vibe where 3 of the 12 breakfast options are vegan sausage brioche bungalow, crush avocado and their vegan garden breakfast ... eat vegan garden breakfast £10.50 scrambled curkuma tofu, harissa bohnen, avocado, vine tomaten, mushroom, spinach, buttery, roasted sour. it was nice, but it wasn't discarded tofu, at all it was curcuma on cubes of tofu that were grilled so that the edges were hard and crispy. the hate beans were simply a smoke of beans with hasse oil on the top that makes it oily not to give a hate taste. all in all, beautiful, but do not expect what is written on the menu! tee £2.55 beautiful, but must pay an additional 45p for milk on soy! 3 pfund? would I come back? probably not because it better places with better service and I will probably get what is in the offer. would I recommend? I would recommend prana cafe as they make a better vegan breakfast with more choice and the most fantastic selection of tees.
A good risotto, although I found there was something lacking in taste- possibly return to try out the other options. also, great atmosphere
Lovely, friendly waitress, great vegan breakfast with quite an extensive vegan menu. Service was quick and the **** Mary was probably a 7/10.
Quirky decor, very similar to others in the chain. Dedicated vegan menu makes it easier to find the options. Reccomend the breakfast. Excellent coffee/tea/cocktail selections.Soy milk available
The restaurant is a large, airy space with trendy upcycled furniture and art. There is a vegan menu. It has the same menu as the Seco Lounge in Plymouth and the Visto Lounge in Torquay, so we are presuming it is part of the Loungers chain. We went for a Sunday morning breakfast as we were staying in the travelodge next door, ordering the vegan cooked breakfast and the vegan avocado brunch. The cooked breakfast was a good size portion, but a little dry. The avocado brunch was a very small portion with dry underripe avocado and tomato diced on to a slice of French bread. No flavour. I asked for some olive oil to go on the avocado. I was given some clear, tasteless oil with a dash of balsamic vinegar in a little dish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, it was very difficult to flag down the waitress, who never once asked us how was the food? We were in a hurry, so paid and left, realising that they had charged £1 for the oil. Really? We would not go back.
