I sat outside. Had to order by app. My table had no number. So I ordered to the table next to me, under the assumption that it wouldn't lead to a catastrophe. I proceeded to get shouted at for ordering to the wrong table. At length. Genuinely shocking. And the food was not good either. Avoid.
It was very quiet when me and friends arrived. Waitress seemed unwelcoming and not once during our 2 hour stay, she ever smiled. Food was okay. It used to be better many years ago. I felt disappointed. Pub next door, hardly any seats at all so had to sit outside. Won't be coming back to either the pub or restaurant. The only improvement here is the outdoor seating area.
I recently visited our favorite Thai restaurant in New Cross for the first time since lockdown. It was a wonderful experience and the food was just as delicious as we remembered. The staff and waitresses were so friendly, it was a pleasure to be back. We even said hello to Lin, so we know everything is going well. It's within walking distance for us, so we will definitely be back. Great job to everyone, it's nice to see the place busy. Keep up the good work! Mary, Jim Arbuthnot Road.
This restaurant is a hidden treasure located in the center of Nunhead. It is particularly wonderful in the summertime with its numerous outdoor seating options. The interior is adorned with traditional Thai decor and creates a cozy atmosphere with ambient sounds. The food is both affordable and remarkably fresh, prepared by a family-run establishment that brings a homely touch to every dish. The waitstaff are friendly and welcoming, making your dining experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, all beverages are served from the adjacent Irish pub, a great perk for beer enthusiasts. I highly recommend paying this restaurant a visit.
