Pizza Hut - Lilburn

Called ahead of time to place a pick up order and when i got there they said it was not in the system. Massive line of people waiting for their food stating that they also called in and the order wasn’t in the system. Horrible customer service. Wont go back.

The dough was undercooked. I had to put it in the oven which made the crust burn.

The service was good and food was delicious and it is ready for pickup.

Ordered a large Super Supreme with Deep Dish Crust. Best pizza I ever had! It was ready and waiting for me when I walked in the door could not have been fifteen minutes after ordering online.

Ordered medium pizza. Gave card number on phone. I am 5 minutes away. 40 minutes later no pizza. Idiots can't find my order. Gen Zs can't do anything right. Useless! Done with this place.
