Gabbro Lille

The Gabbro and his divine cuisine. Every time I have lunch in this restaurant, I look forward to asking myself what I'm going to taste this time. Or how to live a moment of intense pleasure to taste flavors associated with delight and brio. A simple cuisine and radiant colors enchant this time of eating and drinking good selected wines, which I particularly recommend. I enjoy these fresh and quality products. Not 36 à la carte dishes. Just what it is necessary from my point of view. Nice atmosphere. I completely trust the cuisine proposed and concocted by chef Simon in the kitchen.

The bosses are too cute in addition to selling good wine

Those who have known the Gabbro restaurant version and who have it as much as I love (both more) do not have to stop the conversion of Matthew and Simon from their place in wine cellar and fine grocery store. An incredible selection of organic wines, natures, classics and many other surprises in the shop. A place that deserves to stop there, to take the time to speak good quilles!

Few dishes, but 100% homemade, very acceptable prices (formal to 30€ flat dessert entrance) and a festival of tastes. The service is very discreet, the warm atmosphere without being guided. We had a nice evening. An address to try again to discover other inspirations!
