The Brown Bear - London

Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Loves the chicken cushion tai.

The Thai food here is delicious (recommend Thai fried rice appetizer plated) and the beer is good and cold. Pretty few (obtrusive) regular, so you know that the place is good. The owner came to check us a few times and was very polite.

Nice old school alcohol, with locals in when I visited good music, prices.

Another wonderful little pub in the Aldgate area. It's a pretty common place, but it has a lot to do. Tables around the walls and comfortable seats in the back, but what I really like is that there is so much space in here where you do not bump into chairs or tables. The Guinness was excellent as the Black Sheep Best Bitter.

Returned here after a number of years. The bar is still friendly and welcoming, and the Thai food is as good as I remember. Would come back for lunch, just for that.
