Schlotzsky's - Longview

This restaurant seemed closed for good but it has reopened and is now bustling. I don't often use the drive-thru, but the staff inside is always friendly. It's not your typical fast food joint, so I recommend taking the time to dine in the cafe. The mobile ordering option is a definite game changer.

The staff is fantastic and the service is surprisingly quick considering how busy it is. The calzones are especially delicious.

The restaurant offers delicious hot sandwiches that accurately represent the Schlotzsky's brand. They have options for drive-thru, carry-out, and indoor seating for approximately 30 people. The food is made fresh to order and hand-delivered by the cooks. The service is quick enough for a leisurely 1-hour lunch break, but may not be suitable for those in a rush.

They said they did delivery on their website, so I ordered delivery for 2 meals. I was then written by Doordash, not Schlotsky's twice that my order would be delivered. Hadn't thought much of it until Doordash wrote me at the time of delivery and said the order had been canceled and contact Schlotsky's. I didn't cancel the order. I called Schlotskys and they said they had received the same message. You said I'd have to pick up my food that's not possible at that time. They don't deliver their food. Your website is at best misleading. The delivery is outsourced and seemingly unreliable. And my card was fully charged. Not sure what to do to get a refund, except continue to call Schlotskys. What a pain!!!! 8/15/22 update: I was charged full price including Schlotsky's delivery fee. They were paid for nothing... no food, no delivery, no solution!
