Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI have been shopping at Loomis Raley's for about five years even though there is a location closer to my residence. This store is very well laid out, clean, and has a great organic produce selection. Very impressive is assistant team lead Chris. Chris is the kind of manager that makes customers feel important. I have seen Chris open a register if there is a line to check out and rush to assist any customer with a question or who needs help. I'm now spoiled and won't shop anywhere else.
Things are only getting worse. Many items out of stock on every visit and often only one checker line open, as they want eveyone to self-check. The last two visits I found items still on the shelves after the enjoy by date on the packaging. I have shopped here for 3 decades and never seen it this bad.
Clara in the Peet's coffee shop is fantastic. She is not only quick and diligent she is very personable! I have a choice of several coffee shops in the area but choose this location for my daily coffee. I actually look forward to the interaction each day!
This review is specifically for the deli department at this Raleys location. Tonight, I went to the deli counter and asked the girl behind the counter (red hair, black makeup and black acrylic nails) if she could please make me a sandwich. She bluntly replied that they couldn't make any hot sandwiches, nor any of the sandwiches on the menu. This seemed bizzare but I went with it. She proceeded to make the sandwich by literally throwing each ingredient onto the bread with an attitude. Additionally, I have never had someone make me a sandwich anywhere without asking what I would like on it simple questions like would you like meat and what kind. This girl put lettuce on the sandwich and proceeded to stand there with her hands folded staring at me until I realized she wanted me to tell her what to do next. I understand that making a sandwich is maybe not a favorite thing to do, but the attitude and disrespect given by this girl was absolutely ridiculous. Having employees like makes me not want to come back to this Raleys, which is unfortunate because almost everyone else at this is very friendly.
Coming back home from a trip, we stopped off on the way home to replenish the refrigerator and cupboards. Usually, I use the self-check aisle, but due to the volume of our haul today, we decided to let the pros do it! With Katie ringing up the items and Lauren expertly packing everything, we were out in no time. Kudos to both Lauren and Katie for their expertise, genuine interaction, and overall positive helpful attitudes. Kudos to Raley 's management for choosing their employees wisely! Going forward, I will look for Katie Lauren before going to the self-check line.
