I don't even know what to say to them that their online order system has worked for picking up an order now giving up an order and they say they are open up to 9 o'clock, but we are here when they were closed all the chairs are up, it looks very empty, but still says they are so confused

Do not come to this location . Waste of time terrible customer service . They literally had no drink available . After being told there were no matcha or coffee drinks available, I ordered a chai tea after waiting 5 minutes I was told they didn't have anything to make that drink also . The other location is 10x better ! Disappointing .

This is my second time supporting this place cause i thought everyone deserves a second chance....i played myself. the worst açaí bowl in my life!! I thought it was bad the first time i got one here but this second time was even worse. from opening the container it was liquidy, and i walked there to get it so we're not talking long after. like 1.5 mins from grabbing it from the counter i opened this mess of mush. and yo to make matters worse, the peak height of the bananas and strawberries was at the half way mark of the cup. so i paid 13.60 for a half a bowl of açaí if you want to classify that fail as such. wish i would've taken a pic to show and prove it but after a few bites i trashed it out of disgust. maybe their smoothies or juices are better, but the bowl was bare trash. utterly disappointed...in myself for even going back. smh. do yourself a favor and avoid the bowls from here. don't play yourself...i already did that for us!

Last time I went there was no line and they took forever to make my juice. Not the first time. Juices are good but employees can sometimes take so long to make them.

The smoothie it was very delicious. I ordered the green giant which tasted very fruity with a little tang and full of protein with a slightly nutty matcha flavor. The man behind the counter made it very quickly. I was in and out the door in less than ten minutes!This location is in an ugly strip just down the street from Hollywood blvd. This is the reason I gave it less than 5 stars.There is no public restroom very likely due to the fact that if they had one it would be disgusting because there are sadly so many homeless encampments nearby.I’m super happy I got this smoothie as I was feeling low on energy and I still have to go to the gym tonight.Price point was way high but the product is good ?UPDATE THEY DO HAVE A WORKING BATHROOM IT IS HUST UNMARKED
