Got the bonus jack deal.. went thru the drive.. had to park, go in, and ask for a hot fry while I stood there eating my burger so I don't let it get cold.. ?

This location is always clean and the staff friendly, professional and fast.

Left my bag there before they closed. Stood outside on my phone for about 30 to see about getting something else to go Since they close at 10pm for dine in, I missed my chance and walked home (3 blocks). Realized I left my bag went straight back and knocked on the side entrance just to be ignored. Went around to the front entrance. Made eye contact with all 3 employees there and not one came to the door to see what I needed or to notify me they were closed. I stood outside for an hour and was ignored the entire time.Parking: Could be worseWheelchair accessibility: Better than nothing

Very friendly even when busy, brought out order in timely manner.

I stopped at this location on Telegraph to get a chocolate cake dessert. The drive thru was busy so I decided to park and enter the facility. The staff took my order and I received my item quickly. The frosting is very sweet but overall, I enjoyed my dessert. Entering and exiting is a bit challenging as one driveway crosses the drive thru cars and some parking stall are blocked depending on where the drive thru cars stop to get in line.
