I had the formula, and started with a deer terrine, not the best choice. My wife enjoyed her salad as I did with the remainder of my meal. We came on Monday and were glad to see they were open, but there was only one other customer in the place.
Looking for a lunch spot on the way to Tours, we took a chance on the Auberge le Fournil. It turned out to be the spot where the men working in town gather for lunch. The proprietors made us feel welcome, the food was hearty--green salad, pork chop with beans, and a selection of cheese--for a very reasonable price. There is nothing fancy about the Auberge, but if one is looking for a relaxing break from the road, it fits the bill.

Avec ma chérie, nous avons déjeuner au Fournil, restaurant trouvé sur le net.Petit restaurant avec un accueil très sympathique, cela change de certains endroits où seule l'addition compte !!Cuisine familiale excellente dans un cadre agréable, au calme, nous n'avons pas vu le temps passé.. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour déjeuner de nouveau dans ce restaurant..Si vous passez par Luceau, n'hésitez pas, arrêtez vous pour déjeuner ou dîner..
