Dunkin' - Mableton

The service here is terrible! Very unprofessional staff and they don?t care. Literally heard profanity while i was ordering and when I got to the window. They are ALWAYS out of everything and make many attempts to close earlier than they?re supposed to. Iwon?t be back. I?ll drive further for better service!

So excited to see that pumpkin flavored coffee was out. Drove by and got a large pumpkin crème cold brew. Started sipping on my way home and was deeply disappointed! NO PUMPKIN FLAVOR!???? I will not be returning to this location! Why didn?t I return for arefund? I am a senior and I did not have the energy to return. I also would never ask for an exchange because I?m paranoid aboutthat type of transaction when it comes to drinking and eating.

I looked forward to a fun experience with my son in him picking out donuts for his class the next day. When we arrived around 8 PM, the doors were locked. When we went through the drive-through, they had very few donuts available and said they had lockedup to clean. We did not make a purchase and went somewhere else.

Good. Luke warm coffee. Told you girl/woman my order at the speaker, she spoke to me like she was on a casual phone call and when I got to the window she asked me my order again as if I never told her.

Great little dunkin, staff is surprisingly kind for the area. Clean parking lot, staff greeted kindly. Was sad I wasn't offered a pup cup for my dog, will ask next time though. Watch out! Do not come in fast. The road infront has a serious hole in it,almost destroyed my car TBH seems it should be fixed asap but probably cobb County DOT which is notorious for being terrible atroad maintaining.
