The Kintyre Restaurant Bar

Food was great. Best fish we have had. Batter on fish and chips was great, really light and crispy. Sea bass and risotto was cooked excellently. Desserts were delicious. Thought starters were small but really tasty. Ended up absolutely stuffed afterwards, so size of portions decent. Chefs have done a really good job. Received friendly service from waiting team. Can't fault it.

I always enjoy my visits, and he new menu has a lot of choice for seafood, which I love! Thanks again for a lovely meal.

The starter we enjoyed (scallops) was cooked to perfection as were the main courses (sea bass grilled halibut). The dessert (rose water ice cream and Turkish delight) was a little bland by comparison. The staff were attentive and efficient, if a little inexperienced, and did their best to enhance our visit. The restaurant was not busy with an acceptable level of chatter but the background music was a little loud. I will return and would recommend the restaurant to others.
