Love this brewery! Very authentic craft beers. Especially the smoked ones!!! I'm a big fan of the pepper smoked beers. Hometown feel and friendliness with great beer!

A very homey feel, wonderfull people and Tyler the bartender was amazing. Beer selection was out of this world great and I don't even really like beer. Will be back!!

This micro brew gem is a fantastic discovery for me. I moved here from Richmond, VA and missed the micro brew scene there. HOHB has the look and feel of what I was missing. The beers provide diversity of choice, all good, even a cider. The music is eclectic clasics and at the proper volume to allow conversation. Crowd is 30s, 40s, 50s so age is irrelevant. Good people. Well worth going out of the way for. Not exaggerating when I say that this is the best locally brewed beer I've ever had. Prices are more than worth the quality. Local patrons are incredibly friendly. Everyone knows everyone, but you never feel alienated.

Is my dog OK? I asked at the door. Dave, the proprietor, responded Let 's find out. Turns out the dog was well behaved and treated to a water bowl while I enjoyed the flagship IPA. The space is really interesting, the beer is excellent but the vibe (including Dave) is what makes this place worth a visit.
