La Taguara - Madison

The food here is outstanding! Unf in believable, in fact!!! I had the smashed plantains with chicarrones and fried pork, and it was the best meal I'd eaten in a long time, and I work at one of the top 3 best restaurants in town and have dined out regularly all over the country. It may be my new favorite place. Im not sure if this is contemporary or classic Argentinian food but whatever the case, they got it goin on!

I love love love this place! It’s one of the best restaurants in Madison for sure. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. If you haven’t tried it, you really should!
