I usually like their food but I just ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the egg was very salty. Couldn’t eat my sandwich and since I got my order from drive-thru It was too late to drive back and complain. Please tell your cook to stop putting salt on the egg. Way too much salt. Disappointed ? and now I didn’t eat anything and don’t have time to get something else anymore because I have to be at work on time. ??
The manager Rebecca is so rude. Horrible customer service. I don’t know how she became manager but I will never go back to this branch because of her. There is a girl named Hope that works there. She is so nice and sweet. She has amazing customer service and knows how to treat people with respect. If anybody goes to this branch give Hope a little extra love. Hope should be manager. That place would be thriving with customers if she was manager. Rebecca out Hope in!
