Big Easy Snoballs - Marietta

Beware this location has the rudest individuals working. Their customer service skills are beneath ground level. I’m a frequent customer. I came to the location today at 8:39pm my daughter and I ordered snow cones for us. At approximately 8:55 my daughter and I were told. I’m sorry you guys have to leave and began turning the lights off etc. It was the rudest experience ever. She says her name is Mesah apparently she is a manager at another location. My days of patronizing this business has come to an abrupt end. Customer service at this place is an Epic Failure.Mr. Chip needs workers and and not clock milkers. They sit on their phones and dread the fact that you would like to sit down and enjoy the snow cone in their establishments. The way their demeanor changes when you order and sit is sad.

This place is amazing! The guy who waited on us today was very friendly and personable. The snowballs were all really good and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back again.

I really enjoyed my snowball from this store! It was bursting with flavor and the syrups were incorporated throughout the ice. I ordered the Queen Size for about $5.25. There were lots of flavors to choose from. You can add toppings too! If you want to be adventurous you can try one of their creations.
