I've been a loyal customer at Osmow's for years, and I've always appreciated the quality of the food and the service. However, today I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The owner appears to be quite stingy with portion sizes. My "On the Rocks" box was mostly packed with rice, with only a few tiny pieces of chicken, making it feel very cheap and greasy. I highly recommend steering clear of this location!

The chicken shawarma platter comes with chicken served over rice in a large container, and the salad is served separately in a medium-sized container.
