However, when Silvester ordered online and I paid through the app, I went to pick up the sandwich and the young man told me it wasn't ready yet. A few minutes later, he came out and informed me that they were out of French bread so he put it on wheat toast instead. I was thinking he would have remade the sandwich with French bread. I spoke with Dwayne. I have placed orders before and they have never been delivered. After waiting for 40 minutes, I called to inquire about the status of my order and was told it had been canceled. I requested a refund and mentioned that they should have informed me about the cancellation. Dwayne rudely hung up on me, not once, but six times. I will be contacting corporate to address this issue and it is clear that Dwayne is in need of training in customer service.
Definitely better than Subway, but I feel like this place is lacking in flavor.
If you don't want to wait I suggest you call and place a order especially around lunch time! If you want fresh bread ask because 9/10 its been sitting there. My favorite is the #9 Italian nightclub if you don't want all the bread ask them to scoop the bread out. Overall they are hard working young adults doing the best they can so yes go and have patience, because you never know what kind of day someone is having.
Will never order from here again I ordered a sandwich it took them 3 hours to deliver so I talked to manager she said she would refund my money and credit me a free sandwich. Called to get the sandwich not only to find out she lied never put me on the book for the sandwich and never refunded my money she just straight up lied
