If I could could give 10/5 stars, I absolutely would. We had our out of state reception here and the staff (HUGE shout out to Jessica) was absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough about them. They made the entire process a breeze. And with doing everything almost entirely remote, that was such a blessing. Jessica was a delight to work with and answered all of our questions. And her turnaround time was fantastic. EVERY email was answered in under 2 hours. She was able to make any accommodations we needed and was so helpful with all of our requests. The reception space itself looked so beautiful and we were able to customize the layout to exactly how we wanted it to look. They even let us set up our decorations the day before the wedding. And they were so kind by giving me the wedding suite for the whole week of the wedding. On top of that, for our friends and family coming into town, they even extended the block rate to anyone staying longer than the day of the rehearsal and wedding. SO generous. They absolutely went out of their way to make sure all of our guests were taken care of. When my husband and I got back to our room after the reception, they had left champagne and strawberries for us with a note of congratulations. They are just the kindest and so thoughtful. That really meant a lot to us. If you are looking for a wedding or reception space in central WI, this is your place. It was beautiful, fun, and very reasonably priced for all that you get. Rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had so much counterspace. It was easy to unpack and feel comfortable for a stay of almost a week. They are also dog-friendly, which was a plus. And by dog-friendly, I don't mean dog-tolerant. They are really sweet towards pooches and even provide a goodie bag for dogs. Our guests really appreciated that. Food drinks: I ate the complementary breakfast here each morning of my stay (my husband joined me the last morning). They had fresh eggs, yogurt, a protein, potatoes, fruit, etc. And fresh coffee. It was really good. We also had good food at our reception. The salad and breadsticks were delicious. We had two chicken dishes that were pretty much the same, except for the topping. Both were good, though. And we also offered a pasta dish. Also, GET THE MAC AND CHEESE. It's delicious. Every staff member from my first phone call to check out was professional, friendly and very helpful. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Safety: I never once felt in fear for my safety any where on the hotel grounds. Food drinks: The restaurant has many great choices for both food and drink. I loved that they had a continental breakfast with lots of choices. Everything I ate there was good. Noteworthy details: The Pool and two Jacuzzi's were amazing. They also have a gym and Sauna. The most noteworthy detail is their Employees. They were amazing!!! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly
Nearby activities: Wildwood Park close by and lots of shopping. Food drinks: Since we come from California, where cheese curds are not on the menu, we ordered these from everywhere we ate. Hands down, the cheese curds from your restaurant were the best we had in Wisconsin. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
