Waffle House - Mason

the floor was disgusting. I had my service dog with me and he sat on the left above crumbling. the waitress nina tried to give him a chocolate chip waffle. he's a service dog. he has a west with labels “Service dog. not interact.” restaurant is very uneducated about service dog laws. not to mention transphobic. Moreover, it took 10 minutes to take our drink order. there were only two more tables in the restaurant. it's not like they're packed. I love eating, but sometimes the service is not worth it.

the one star is just because I had to leave something. 2 adult 3 children came in quite late to dinate, clear when we have our young children around 1 o'clock we either drive through on holiday or something to this nature. we went in each stand empty, but dirty and stacked with a crook, so they had a hurry not to wait, even offered to move dishes. she asked us to sit on the side of the toilet room. the server then asked if she could take a break b4 that we ordered, and went away. her shirt is unknöpft, haare hang over hemd. when she came back, she created my autistic 5 years old to say, hey. she got drinks broght eating and literally stacked the teller one over the other. we will never go to this place again.

a terrible service. I understand that she looked busy and underoccupied, but not a person who worked there even recognized us after we sit there for 45 minutes. we sat with the waitress in the face and nobody even said hello or noticed they were ever with us. absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. will never come back here, and I do not recommend anyone. if I could give zero stars, I would.

service was very good and friendly. every single thing I got was cooked to perfection; my all-star special was just that. [pun intended*] had the strangest waffelhaus experience with the customers and employees. all the customers were rude for the employees [customers, please note the employees. they wanted to pierce it and were understated]

The server is absolutely rude she's denied me service many times before late night stating either they aren't taking orders or its carry out only even if there's other people dining in. The most recent time she never greeted me passed by many times never said a word to me then finally asked dine or take out. I told her dine in. She said ok I will be back to take your order I'm going to go see if this group is ready. Anyone ate at a waffle house could understand taking the single customers order before the 8 people might make sense. I just left
