Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI hope you enjoy loud music, messy tables, and subpar service at this restaurant. They play songs like "10 Freaky Girls" and "Major" by Young Dolph, creating a less-than-ideal family atmosphere. I would rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1.
I arrived at the restaurant at 4:30pm on a Friday night and found that it was completely empty. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to place my order, but none of the five employees on hand came out to help. Eventually, I gave up and placed my order myself. After completing and paying for my order, I heard someone in the back say, "Inside order just placed." The food was not good - the taco shells were all cracked and I ended up having to use a fork. Overall, the service for dining in was disappointing.
The new general manager has definitely improved this Taco Bell. The service is better, the food quality has improved, and overall, I will definitely be returning. The meal was a takeout lunch option and the price per person was between $10-20.
Usually busy every time I come. Haven't had any issues with the food and quality. The biggest complaint is the wait time. I don't get too bothered by 15 a minute wait, but everyone else who was waiting seemed pretty pissed. When I was there at around 12:15pm, there was only two employees making food for around 12 people plus drive through. Service: Take out
Went to the drive thru and was told to wait because they only had a few employees on the clock, so I waited 10 minutes and was apologized to for the wait and asked if I could order. Nope. So I waited a few more minutes and was finally told to come inside to order, okay, so what's your drive thru for then? Thanked them and went over to Wendy's. Service: 2
