Taco Bell - McKinney

I visited this place on Monday 5 December. I ordered the chicken sandwich box and when I came home, the sandwich was as hard as a rock. It was old and the Pommes were fat. I tried to call this place over 10 times and they never answer. I'd like to have my money back, that's the third time I gave this place a chance to do things right when they last overloaded me. In addition, the lady did not even give me a reception in the drive-thru, so that I had secured up to the window and waited for almost 10 minutes before someone came into the window, even though I honking. The same lady who gave me my food said her machine was broken. If you're the manager of this place, give me a number to the manager so I can call her and you can do it right. Otherwise, I recommend that no one visits this place until someone decides that they take care of the customer. I always try to give the establishment or business a chance by calling them and doing things right so I can find out that in my assessment. I can't keep calling and hope someone will answer.

Website says 10a. Door says 10a. They are definitely not open after 10a. Food: 1/5

Its ok service is fun food is good, but its taco bell food: 3/5

Im pregnant and I was craving some chicken Just came back from here and when they opened the door for me to pay it smells so horrible i felt so nauseous and got home with the food my whole order was wrong and I threw it all up after I eat it the chicken looked like It was sitting there for 2 days straight the tacos were broken and the lettuce was all spilled all in the bag along with the taco meat i have never been somewhere so nasty and the service is not great.
