Papa Johns Pizza - Medford

Not my choice for pizza ,but my granddaughter wanted the Pumpkin Shaped pizza ,it was cute. Her and her friend had it before trick or treating. They really enjoyed it.

Literally THE WORST. We barely order out thought it might be a one off bad night or whatever. No. They are CONSISTENTLY horrible.

This place gets five stars from me. The pizza here is great. Every. Single. Time. The staff always gives you a genuine hello! upon arrival. I frequently work late, and on those days when I just don 't feel like cooking, they have always been willing tomake a fresh pie for me, right up till closing time (thank you!!! . That means a lot to me personally, so please give this storesome love with your business if you are ever in Medford.

Pizza was very tasty but they were busy and it took longer than expected to finish our order. They did give us complimentary food to make up for the long wait. We appreciated that.

We Continue to have poor service, hadn't ordered in ordered in over a year, figured we give them one more chance. They wouldn't honor thier own gift card, manager refused to help, made us pay out of pocket. Will be contacting the Corporate Office tomorrowabout this location.
