Twice we have been here for that and we were told that the ad should have been removed awhile back from the home office. So we end up having to pay for the regular price instead.
I placed a to go order, the pick up time was scheduled for 9:45 my husband waited over 30 minutes, and when he got home the food was cold and the fries which is the main thing my kids eat were missing.
Made a reservation for 5:30pm, at 6:30 we requested our food to-go because we still hadn’t received our order, at 7:00 we asked if our food had even been started, it had not. We were advised at that time that the kitchen was short staffed. I feel we should have been told when we were sat that there may be a significant delay so we could decided if we wanted to stay. We had our 5 year old and 5 month old with us, if 0 stars was an option I would choose that. Worst hooters experience ever!
Ashley is a super waitress. She is friendly, clear, and understanding. This made our lunch experience worth it.
“Book a table” booked an hour on advance. I come “it’s still a 45 minute wait…” how does that even work.
