I think I'm done with Memphis BBQ. Spent 27.00 of a half slab and it just wasn't good. Tough, dry meat and overdone. Going to stick with STL and KC BBQ joints.

Central BBQ has the best barbecue in Memphis! I love the turkey nachos and a half order leaves me full! All there bbq is wonderful and the environment is comfy.
