TGI FRIDAYS - Memphis (Wolfchase)

Jan 2019- wolfchase- went during the week for dinner, not busy, waited 5mins to be seated. Only a few servers and one of them had to also be the host. She was busy serving customers and running orders so families, including mine were waiting forever. Service was a lil shotty, but food was alright. Portions way smaller than before, and sizzling chicken didn 't come out sizzling like it used to. Management may have changed, but def not like it used to be, or as advertised. May write corporate to see if they could restore original level of service and quality of dishes. Appetizer combo was good, food was hot at least. Maybe go during a busier time to get better service/food quality??

For the first time in many years, I had lunch on Friday. The food was delicious the staff was friendly. It was a great experience.

The food and the service were okay, but it could have been better. It took a while to sit and also a while to get my food. I ordered the 2 for $20 Special, and it wasn't what I expected it to be. There were not many options to choose the particular one. Besides, I had to make my appetizers new. The Remake folder came out after I got my duck.

Of course it was a weekday when we decided to go here to eat a half-week family night. It was not very busy at all, and everyone from the hostess to the manager to our waiter was very polite on Earth. I love it! But I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Burger and first my Egg Rolls, who were missing above, but my waiter went back quickly to get them. I got them, but I didn't like how they tasted, so I left them and decided to try my burger. I cut it into four as I liked to do it and tasted it and it tasted burned to me and I thought it was just me, but I had my fiance taste it and he said the same. I took my waiters attentively and he immediately became the manager and I could get the chicken pasta, but she got it to go because I had no appetite anymore. But everything in all service was great so that I and my family return here.

My wife and I ordered the same thing a Philly Steak and Cheese Burger Mine with onion rings and her was with Fritten. And let me tell you that the burgers were absolutely delicious! Now their fries were better than my onion rings, but they weren't bad either. The service was excellent that our waitress Ashley did not stop moving all the time when we were there. Overall we had a great experience. I gave only four stars because I think $13 per meal is a little expensive for a burger, but don't get me wrong I'll be back.
