Nines American Bistro - Mequon

Food and server were both exceptional. Hidden gem of a country club restaurant open to the public:

Never did get hold of reserv. guy (he was on vacation, I guess) to ask about our seating. Since not a member, I wanted to know what the Sunset Deck was. Never heard back and was surprised that the deck was outside and completely casual. This was a birthday party and supposed to be a nice dinner, etc. We had NO reservations written anywhere so know that we will probably not be back, even though we 've been there several times prior to this in the main dining room. This special night ended up a BUST.

It was our first time at Nines restaurant and it was wonderful. Great service, food and decor. We will definitely be back again.

I prefer to go there in the summer and eat out on the deck. Indoors offers nothing special in my opinion. Food quality is fine but there’s no particular draw compared with other options in the area
