Wingstop - Mesquite

Bad experience. I called the time ahead to ask about the French Pommes whether they were nice and golden, as they were advertised and said they were good in their opinion, although I had just explained to them, I had only a bad experience in another place about the same, wanted to take my business elsewhere and in the same boat did not stop doing business with WingStop, they are simply not the same as they before.

This situation is definitely... It is sad how unorganized this institution is! Where is management??? Staff dancing and listening to music, no line to take care of people as you go in, WAY takes longer than what it tells you when you order online! An additional HOUR in the restaurant after the online order said it would be ready. Anyway, it's always full that day. I drive to the eastern city, they have it together there!! Although it is 15 minutes further from our house, it will be worth for a better quality. So sad :

There was hardly a sauce on the wings or spiced on the frits. That's what makes your products delicious, why should you stingy with it? Please do better!

I placed an order online and it should be ready in 45 minutes, it has been more than an hour I waited more time to go there, only to them enough time to finish my order, but instead I did there and my order was not ready, they were not even on my order they were all confused!!!! I had to show them a screenshot of what I'm ordering so they can do it. Worse place ever!!! They did not even offer a gift card or discount for the inconvenience. I am so mad and hungry!!! I would really be happy to hear from manager/company or someone.

One star is too many. Don't go here. I used to like this place. Yesterday, My wife and I ordered 24 wings, fries and 3 condiments. I went to pick up the food, and lady at the counter gave me my order, but she also gave me a certain look. Hmm, I wondered why. We got the food home and noticed the wings were a little overly done as we were eating. I should have taken it back up there. She knew! We just decided not to patronize any Wingstop again. Bye!
