Kung Fu Tea - Metairie

Upon entering the restaurant, we received a warm welcome. I was eager to try something different, and the staff provided a few suggestions. I decided to go with their WOW brown sugar series black tea, which was delicious and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly.

This is the best place to visit! The service was excellent, and the drinks were fantastic as well.

This was our first visit, and it certainly won’t be our last. I typically don’t enjoy bubbles in my tea, but I like to give them a shot whenever we try a new place. The bubbles here were fantastic, and I’m excited to return for another drink!

This is a branch of a well-known milk tea franchise, and I’ve enjoyed drinks from Kung Fu Tea at several of their locations. While it's not always the best, it's typically reliable. Unfortunately, this particular location falls short. The main problem is the lack of consistency. No matter how clearly you specify your tea order, you often don’t receive what you asked for. You can indicate your preference for sweetness and ice levels, but it hardly ever comes out as requested. Additionally, every time I visit, there's a strong, unpleasant smell of cheap floor cleaner that’s hard to ignore.

My two friends and I went to get our favorite milk tea. I ordered 14 drinks and my friend ordered 11. When we were placing our orders, one of the staff members told us that since we were ordering so many drinks just 25 minutes before closing time, we should have called ahead. She said they might run out of drinks and that we were holding up the line. I was really unhappy with her service. If she wanted to leave early or didn't want to take our order, she could have just said so. Her attitude was unpleasant, and it felt like I was being scolded by my mom. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment. I've never been to a place where the staff seemed reluctant to do business. It was very disappointing.
