Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered a grilled cheese with my drink after having to repeat myself multiple times in the drive thru. At the window I said I was missing a grilled cheese. All the lady said was ?no? and I said yes I ordered one. She said no you didn?t. If you want oneyou?ll have to go back through the line. Any experience I?ve had where the drive thru didn?t hear or wasn?t paying attention andmissed an item they have ALWAYS charged for the item and said to park and they?d bring it out. This lady?s attitude was horribleand I hope the employees here learn some manners.
They have an employee by the name of Jamal who needs to go school and learn customer service skills.
I used to go through here most mornings. You ask them for a bagel with cream cheese ON the bagel and they say ?ok bagel with cream cheese? and once I get it, it has no cream cheese. I?m driving to work so I have to pull over, put the cream cheese on andthen I?m late. Then I ask again, and I make a point to repeat WITH cream cheese on the bagel. Then I get the bagel and it lookslike this (picture below). Really guys? Is it that hard to put cream cheese on a bagel? I ended up going somewhere else now,there?s a lot of small coffee shops in the area that will put in the extra effort, instead of these people at Dunkin? Donuts whoput a single knife spread on the bagel and pack it up.
Service is horrible no ham for sandwiches, longest wait ever. Pass on this one.
The drive thru took 30 minutes before answering, SO we went inside, the inside so messy that it looked like a hurricane went through the store, they had nothing I wanted or it didn't worked, smelled like something was burning, so we walked out anddidn't get anything and we drove to a different store. The employees there didn't know what they were doing, and were a mess Iwas here on August 1, 2022
