After seeing all the negative reviews about the unappetizing food, I'm relieved that they were not capable of serving more than one customer at a time.
On Sunday, I visited this Sonic around 4:30 pm. I ordered 3 small ice creams, 2 of which had candy in them. There were possibly 2 drive-thru orders ahead of me, and when I reached the window, I was given food and my card was charged for an order that wasn't mine. It took 2-3 different employees to figure out what had happened to my order. Despite there being at least 8 employees present, after about 8-10 minutes, I received 3 cups of milk with toppings simply placed on top. I have been a longtime customer at this Sonic, and as a server and bartender myself, waiting 10 minutes for three scoops of ice cream while watching 8 people stand around seemed inefficient, especially for a total of $13.
