Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis was a one off review of this location, which is why I am rating it a 4/5 for service where I would typically rate it a 5. We waited an hour and a half to get seated, which we were ok with since we were waiting at home because we used the app. We finally were seated and ordered all our food at once. Me and my boyfriend each ordered the 5 buck Long Island iced teas. They tasted off like there was not any alcohol in them, definetly different than previous visits. We received out entree before our appetizer, which we ended up taking home because we were not hungry anymore. I am okay with that and typically I am lienent because I understand how busy it gets, especially since it was veterans day. Other than that, the food was delicious as always. Bread was extra extra hot and fresh. I saw it coming out if the kitchen directly to my table. Delicious and made good leftovers. Parking: There are other stores, due to the location and the time of day, I had to park pretty steep into the lot, however there was still plenty of parking available. First time coming to Texas Roadhouse and the food was delish. The rolls were out of this world. The ribs were fall off the bone. I wish they offered a different Mac and cheese option other than Kraft Mac but not a big deal. Our server was Jenny and she was amazing. She was super nice and attentive. Be warned , you may be waiting a long time for a table. There were 7 of us, the only available table was a booth, and I was sat in a chair, in the aisle.... I was not very happy. I ordered a cocktail and was brought and charged for a double that I didn't ask for. Still not a big thing, just something to look out for. The food was very enjoyable and the wait staff was attentive to the table, friendly and polite. Overall, an enjoyable dining experience, with exception of the seating. Prices were reasonable, however I'm just not into the pay at the table kiosk, which seems to be the favored option by management. Enjoy, glad I could help. I have been to Texas Roadhouse a few times in different places, different states, their foods were ok, not impressive though, just another chain restaurant. However, this one here at Middletown NY has surprisingly good foods, all foods are delicious, especially the pulled pork and BBQ chicken, which we ordered today. I heard ribs are their specialty, want to try next time. And the hot rolls are “addictive “(our friend’s word), chili is really good too. Waitress is friendly and efficient. All in all, everything is higher than my expectations.
